Eileen Vitarelle, AWMA®
Financial Advisor, Managing Director
Eileen has worked in financial services since 1994 and specifically in the brokerage industry since 1997. Having worked in a variety of different roles at different firms over the years has provided her with broad exposure and understanding of the rules, regulations, and investment vehicles needed to educate clients to help them make sound decisions about their personal finances and investments. In addition to educating clients, Eileen understands the importance of continuing to stay informed of the many changes in our industry over the years. Having obtained the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation in 2016 is an example of her dedication to this goal. Even though finances can be difficult to discuss, Eileen tries to make the process of focusing on your finances enjoyable and hopes her enthusiasm for her work is apparent.
Eileen is married to Arnold, our director of operations. They have two adult children, whom they adore, and share their home with two dogs, Felix and Oscar. When she has spare time, Eileen enjoys cooking and baking for friends and family and playing games where everyone can laugh and enjoy a good time.
Raymond A. Osterhout
Vice President - Investment Officer
Ray loves his work. He has devoted decades to what he does. Beginning with 17 years at Troy Savings Bank in various managerial positions, Ray ultimately ended up managing the bank's investment portfolio and obtaining a BS in economics from Russell Sage College. After that, he joined Farm Family as SVP - Chief Investment Officer, managing approximately $420 million in assets that grew to $1.2 billion in 10 years. Ultimately, Ray joined A.G. Edwards as a financial advisor where he has helped many clients invest through both bull and bear markets in pursuit of a brighter financial future. In 2015, Ray invited Eileen to join his practice as they both agree that helping people navigate the complex world of investing is the most important thing we do. Ray considers his clients as friends and wanted to be sure that whoever he chose as a partner would treat his friends as he has. When Ray ultimately decides to retire, he feels his friends will continue to be in good hands at Peridot Wealth Partners, LLC. Being an independent financial services firm allows the freedom to focus strictly on our clients' needs which is very important to Ray.
Ray is married with three adult children and 10 grandchildren. When not working, Ray enjoys spending time traveling, watching college sports and spending time with his family who bring him great joy.
Director of Operations
Having spent over 20 years working in the IT industry, with the last eight years as an IT director at SEFCU, a credit union based in Albany, NY, Arnold decided after much thought and consideration that he wished to pursue a career change where he could find more fulfilling work. Being married to Eileen, they discussed how fulfilling the financial services industry can be. So, with encouragement from his wife, Arnold decided to move toward becoming a financial advisor, which he accomplished in 2016. In deciding to open their own firm in 2018, it was decided that all of Arnold's diverse experiences made him the perfect choice to become our director of operations. Using the skills he developed over the years in project management, research, and data analysis as well as the tools, training, and resources we have available, Arnold has the experience and dedication to take care of all of the "behind the scenes" work that needs to be done to make the process of managing your finances as easy as possible.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying physically and mentally active, riding bicycles, strolling around Saratoga Springs or Lake George, and motorcycle riding around scenic areas of upstate New York.
